The Gold View, a premium apartment project boasting a prime riverside location along the Bến Nghé River,  just a few minutes away from District 1’s center. The development features two 33-story towers with nearly  1,900 modernly designed units, optimizing space and offering open river views. Requirements

To minimize congestion at entry and exit points during peak hours while optimizing the building’s security  management process, the management board of Gold View luxury apartments plans to implement an  intelligent facial recognition system integrated with turnstile gates and elevator floor access control. This  solution not only ensures superior recognition speed and data processing performance but also enhances the  flow efficiency for both residents and visitors.

Solution

The system includes 51 ProFace X terminals for time attendance and access control, integrated with intelligent  turnstile gates at the main lobby of the project.

ProFace X is a next-generation access control device that utilizes advanced Visible Light facial and palm  recognition technology, delivering ultra-fast authentication under 0.3 seconds with exceptional accuracy.  Featuring a durable and modern design, ProFace X operates reliably under various weather conditions,  meeting IP68 dust and water resistance standards and IK04 impact protection, making it ideal for outdoor  installation.

The turnstile system remains locked until the ProFace X device successfully verifies the user’s identity, after  which the barriers automatically retract, allowing access to the lobby area. This solution requires all residents, staff, and authorized visitors to authenticate their identities according to  pre-registered data, ensuring maximum building security and efficient access management throughout the  property

Elevator level control ensures maximum security

To manage elevator floor access, ZKTeco has deployed 18 ProFace X terminals integrated with EC10 elevator  controllers and 36 EX16 expansion boards, enabling users to reach pre-authorized floors through fast and  precise multi-biometric authentication.

This solution not only fulfills the need for efficient and seamless security management but also aims to  enhance the smart and secure living experience for the residents of The Gold View.

All intelligent identification and elevator control systems are fully synchronized with the centralized  management platform ZKBio CVSecurity, allowing for real-time access data recording, storage, and analysis,  flexible time-based access configuration, and automated detailed reporting, ensuring professional and  effective building security management.
