Masteri West Heights is a premium residential apartment complex designed to provide a modern, secure, and  intelligent living environment for its residents. To improve operational efficiency and strengthen internal security management, the project deployed ZKTeco smart access control solutions across multiple key areas, including the main lobby, amenities zone, gym area,  and internal access pathways. The solution integrates advanced authentication technologies—including facial recognition, RFID cards, and  QR code verification—to deliver a fast, secure, and convenient access experience for residents and visitors  alike.

REQUIREMENTS
The project required a robust access control solution capable of:

• Efficiently managing pedestrian flow across multiple high-traffic zones

• Supporting flexible, multi-factor authentication methods

SOLUTION

ZKTeco deployed a variety of access control hardware to meet the distinct operational requirements of  different areas within the complex:

• Flap Barriers & Tripod Turnstiles: Installed at main entrances and amenity zones to manage and  streamline pedestrian access. 

• Facial Recognition Terminals: Integrated directly with turnstiles and entry points to provide a modern,  touchless authentication experience.

• Multi-Format Access Control: Configured to support RFID cards and QR code verification, offering flexible management options for residents, guests, and temporary contractors. 

• Emergency Door Release Devices: Strategic deployment of emergency release mechanisms to ensure  immediate, safe evacuation during emergency situations.
