How should the BGM545L-F be debugged after replacing the main board?
Before powering on the replacement main board, the spring balance needs to be adjusted so that the barrier arm stays in place at a 45-degree angle, preventing the motor current from flowing back to the main board when it rotates. After adjustment, power on the device and observe whether LED1 flashes during operation. No flashing indicates stable operation. If it flashes, fine-tune the parameters or the spring again. The debugging requirements for dual-arm barriers are relatively high.

Set L-D according to the direction of the spring: set the left side to 3 and the right side to 0. After restarting the machine, the motherboard will perform the learning process again. Once the learning is completed, the barrier arm can be controlled to rise and lower.

The TBM01 is connected to the vehicle barrier. After ticket retrieval, the barrier sometimes opens and sometimes does not. How can this be resolved?
1. Use a separate wire to short-circuit the barrier's motherboard to send an opening signal, and check whether the barrier opens normally every time.
2. When the ticket is issued, use the multimeter's continuity test mode to measure NO1 and COM1 of the TBM01, and check whether it beeps each time. If it beeps every time, it indicates that the ticket dispenser is functioning properly; otherwise, there may be an issue.
3. Check whether the two signal wires between the ticket dispenser and the vehicle barrier are loose or damaged.

The UHF10 Pro is connected to the controller via Wiegand wiring. First, check whether the reader interface connections on the controller are in the wrong order. If UHF2 is intended to control barrier2, it needs to be connected to the reader3 interface on the InBio260 controller. The reader1 and reader2 interfaces are both designated for UHF1 by default.
Why does the LPRS1000 gate not open automatically after identifying a fixed vehicle?

After a power outage and restart of the BGM400, the barrier arm stops at an open angle, and the main board reports an error. What is the issue?
During the barrier's self-check, the barrier arm is blocked by the eaves when opening, preventing it from fully opening. Even if the opening and closing angles of the barrier arm are set on the main board, the barrier still needs to go through the full travel during the self-check. Readjust the position of the barrier so that the arm is not blocked by the eaves.
Can the camera's infrared light be turned off manually?

How to calibrate the camera on the MB160 device?

Could use the USB drive to get the debug log to find the IP address, please follow below instruction：
1. create a folder named ZKUdisk in an empty USB drive root path;
2. plug in the USB drive to device USB slot；
3. power OFF the device, do not remove USB flash in device；
4. power ON device;
5. after main screen menu show, wait for 1-5 minutes;
6. remove USB drive, then check the ZKUdisk zipped file
check devs log to search for device IP.
After you get the device IP address, connect the device to software, and clear the device admin privilege.
How to fix device Connection issues to ZKBio CVSecurity Software?
If your access control device cannot connect to ZKBio CVSecurity software, follow the steps below to diagnose and resolve the problem.
1.Check Basic Network Connectivity
1) If device and the server are on the same local network.
① Ensure the device and the server (PC running ZKBio CVSecurity) are on the same network and can communicate.
② Ping test: From the server PC, open Command Prompt and run ping <device_ip_address>. If ping fails, check the physical connection, IP settings, and network firewalls.
2) if device and the server are not on the same network, eployed on the public network—you must ensure that the device can access the external network. Please check the IP address, gateway, DNS, and other related settings.
2) Temporarily disable Windows Firewall and any antivirus software on the server PC. If the connection works after disabling them, add exceptions for ZKBio CVSecurity.
2. Check Device Configuration
Access the device menu and confirm the following settings:
1)IP Address:
Go to Main Menu - COMM - Ethernet and ensure the device has a valid IP address, gateway, DNS, etc.
2)Cloud Server Settings (ADMS):
Go to Main Menu - COMM - Cloud Server Setting (or ADMS Setting) and check:
① Server Address: Must match the server PC's IP address.
② Server Port: Confirm the port used by your software (default is 8088).
3)Protocol:
Go to Main Menu - COMM - PC Connection and check:
Make sure HTTP or HTTPS is selected according to your software configuration. If the software uses HTTP, ensure HTTPS is disabled on the device; if the software uses HTTPS, enable HTTPS on the device.
4)Device Type / Push Mode:
Go to Main Menu - System - Device Type Settings,
Communication protocol: Push Protocol;
Device Type: A&C Push (or Acc Push).
Note: The device must be in Access Control push mode to be recognized by the ZKBio CVSecurity Access Control module. If you intend to use it for attendance, set the appropriate push type accordingly.
3. Add the Device in ZKBio CVSecurity Software
1) Open the ZKBio CVSecurity software and navigate to the Access Device module (or the relevant module matching your device’s push type).
2) Click the Search button. After scanning, the device should appear in the list.
3) Select the device and click Add. If prompted, confirm the settings.
4) After adding, refresh the device list. The device status should become online.
If the device is not found during search:
1) Try using the “Add Manually” option by entering the device IP and credentials.
2) Clear your browser cache or try a different browser (if using web client).
3) Ensure the device is not already added to another software or server.
4. Advanced Troubleshooting
If the above steps fail, check the following:
1)Firewall on routers or intranet: Ensure port 8088 (or your custom port) is open for communication between the device and server.
2)Software version compatibility: Confirm that your device firmware is compatible with the ZKBio CVSecurity version. You may need to upgrade the device firmware or software.

To the near-infrared or visible light facial recognition devicee, such as uFace302 or SpeedFace V5l, cannot register / cannot recognize faces, camera is not working. Or after replaced the camera, device cannot recognize faces.
1. Go to device menu - Settings - test - camera test to detect faces. If there is no image, the camera is damaged or the wire connection has problem. Check the connection or replace a same version camera module for a try.
2. If in auto test, the camera can detect faces, but only show color images oronly show black & white images, please contact the our technical support for a further check.
3. If this problem happened after change the camera, please collect the old camera version and the new camera version, device serial number and firmware version, then contact our techinical support for a further check.
How doese the SenseFace 4A upgrade language?

The fingerprint recognition function of the fingerprint device does not work, when pressing the fingerprint, there is no response at all, it did not prompt please try again, nor did it prompt success.
1. Clean the fingerprint scanner. Ensure fingers are clean and dry then try again.

Please go to the follow path to turn on this function: menu->System->Attendance->Save Illegal Verification Record (Turn it on).Then the device will keep the record though it is illegal.
How to change the advertising pictures of the device?
Create a new folder named "advertise" in the root directory of U disk and place advertising images into the folder. A maximum of 20 images can be stored and the size of each image cannot exceed 30 KB. There are no restrictions on the image’s name and type.
If the device connects with a printer, how to set the printer function on the device? Can the paper be cut automatically when it comes out?
Please go as the follow path: menu->Print->Printer Options->Print (On)->paper cut (If you need it, turn it as“on”) , Then go as below: menu->Print->Data Field Setup (choose to turn on those functions you need.) What is dry mode and wet mode ?
The control panel supports “dry mode” and “wet mode” by using the jumper. For “wet mode”, short 2-3 and 4-5 terminals. The control panel and the lock use the separate power supply. One is connected with +12V and GND of POWER interface (for the control panel), the other is connected with V+ and V- of LOCK interface (for the lock). The factory default jumping is set as dry mode.

About C3-200, the reader1 and reader3 are the in of lock 1 and lock 2; reader 2 and reader 4 are the out of lock 1 and lock 2. About C3-400, all of the readers are for the in of the lock. When C3-400 changes to two-door two-way, the reader 1 is for the in of lock 1, the reader 2 is for the out of lock 2; the reader 3 is for the in of lock 2, the reader 4 is for the out of lock 2. If for inbio, the odd number is for in of the lock, the even number is for out of the lock.
Inbio+FR1200,can FR1200 be used to register users?
FR1200 can not be used to register fingerprint, it can only be used for verification. Fingerprint sensor such as ZK4000,ZK4500 can be used to register users. The ZK4000 can be used only in 32 digits system; but ZK4500 can be used both in 32 digits and 64 digits.

The event records can not be cleared; when it reaches 100,000, it will overlap the before ones.

If you forget the device IP or the device can not work normally, You can use the number 7 terminal to restore inbio460 to factory Setting , the configuration include device IP , communication password ,gateway ,subnet mask. The device IP will be 192.168.1.201,the communication password will be blank. And the parameters setting will not be changed, will stay at the device.
How to reset the device to the factory setting?
The number7 digit is off by default. When it is moved upwards and downwards for three times within 10 seconds and finally returned to OFF position, the factory settings will be restored after the access control panel is restarted.
Inbio260 can only support one FR1200? How to set the 485 address of FR1200?
Inbio260 can at most support four FR1200, two as in, two as out. There are six DIP terminals , 1-4 is for RS485 address , 5 is reserved , 6 is for extending the length of RS485. Set the odd number is for enter reader, and the even number is for exit reader (for example , two readers for one door- the rs485 address 1 is for enter door, rs485 address 2 is for out door) And both 1 and 2 should be translate into the binary digits.

Is it possible to convert our 10.0 fingerprint template into a picture (jpg, png, etc)?
Fingerprint template can't convert pictures. The binarization process of extracting fingerprint feature points from a picture and saving it as a fingerprint template is irreversible.We can get the original fingerprint image from the fingerprint reader through the SDK interface ZKFPM_Acquire Fingerprint Image. It does not support converting from a fingerprint template to a picture.
Fingerprint comparison always fails
